Buna ziua, 

Am răsfoit forumul in căutarea unor răspunsuri dar mai rău am intrat in ceață.

 

Am achiziționat un camion Daf cu MMTA 10 TONE. 

Proprietar persoana fizica fara calitatea de angajat cu CIM, pe funcția de conducător auto. 

Pe lângă

*permis conducere categoria C E,

*ITP valabil,

*asigurare valabilă,

*verificare tahograf analogic valabilă,

!!??  ce alte documente obligatorii sunt necesare pentru a putea circula cu camionul pe drumurile publice gol sau încărcat total sau parțial. !!??

 

ÎNTOTDEAUNA marfa transportata va fi justificată ca fiind a subsemnatului prin documente de achiziție.spre exemplu Ori bon fiscal, ori factura, ori aviz de însoțire. Etc.
