    Problema e ca toti considera ca "si-au facut datoria fata de meserie" si atunci cei "fara experienta" vor ramane tot asa inca mult timp de aici inainte, pt ca nimeni nu le ofera sansa sa se afirme. Cei care au ajuns la un anumit nivel au uitat demult de unde au plecat si ca si lor le-a fost candva ceva mai greu si ca s-au bucurat cand li s-a intins o mana de ajutor. Dar asta e, fiecare pe cont propriu si cand va ajunge sa aiba ceva experienta/vechime cel mai probabil va proceda la fel si novicele de azi... Pacat!
