Before I can hire you, you will have driving test. The test will show if you can connect trailer with the truck, drive on highway and a small road, back up to the ramp and park between to cones. After the test we’ll give you an introduction, we’ll tell you about our company and how we work, you’ll get all necessary items (company phone, keys, drivers manual, safety shoes and so on) The next day you’ll get contract. The contract is in English written in our department in Estonia. You will get Estonian contract and ID, we will pay all your taxes, benefits, insurance in Estonia. When you get the contract we’ll drive you to Estonian Embassy in Copenhagen, you must sign personal the application for Estonian ID, so you are fully employed. Our concept is that the trucks are driving all the time, only drivers are changing. It means that you will not sleep in the truck, but in our apartments (hotel, hubs) all hubs have bed, kitchen, washing machine. When you’ll come to Denmark for the firs time, we refund maximum 100 euro for travel cost. (you must have the ticket) You will get the money if you pass the test with your first salary, if you live the company in the trial period, which is 4 months, 100 euro will be deduct from your last salary. Work schedule is 8/3; 8 weeks at work 3 weeks at home. The company book and pays for the tickets from home to work and from work home. We pay maximum for 6 travels on year. The company will deduct 250 euro deposit from your first salary. It´s deposit in case of, if you will live the work without resignation letter (30 days before you want to quit) and you will not bring the items back, or the company will loose the ticket booked for you. If in the future you will live the company keeping the agreement, 250 euro deposit will be paid back on your account. The salary depends on your category, start category is C it gives 51,52 euro per working day after 4 months we evaluate you so you can get category C+ 53,96 euro, the prices are netto for working day, you’ll get 32 euro for daily allowance (the days you have a break) After a year you will be evaluated one more time, so your salary may increase. Please notice, that the first two weeks you will be treaded as a trainee, you will have category –C, 41,76 euro per working day (daily allowance is the same 32 euro per day). After two weeks of getting know the traffic, you will be able to drive alone, so you will get full salary from now on. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to write to me or call.
