I can see that you have a lot of problems with this new law and i am from the french ministry of transport (DREAL) so i could give you some informations about this. First, this new law has been write because there's too many firm that take romanian, bulgarian, polski drivers but the drivers doesn't go in their countries for 3 months for some of them, doint a lot of cabotage that destroy the french transport firm. Now in France if you can't prove that you have not take your 45 ore pauza in camion it wil be a big amenda for the company owner (not the driver); This rule has to be respected EVERYWHERE in Europe. We will give your boss an amenda if you have sleep in your truck in Slovakia for example. If you sleep "in cort", you will have 2 amenda. It's forbidden to sleep in cort in France parking, if you sleep in cort, it's another problem but for you not for the company.
