    Tip de condus si ciocane

    Buna.Sunt sofer la o firma in germania unde in fiecare zi conduc 5-6 sau maxim 7 ore restul pana la 10 - 12 ore sunt ciocane(incarcare - descarcare ).am curse scurte.conduc in jur de 30 de ore pe saptamana. Intrebarea mea este condus +ciocane intr-o saptamana care este timpul maxim? Si daca am saptamana cand nu conduc decat o ora sau doua pe zi trebuie sa fac numaidecat pauza saptamanala de 45 de ore? Va multumesc!
