    PANA LA URMA "ALTE ACTIVITATI"(CIOCANELE) SE ADUNA LA CELE 4H30?

    MARIAN1844 a răspuns la topic lui adriano22 în Timp de munca si odihna
    NU se aduna. Pur si simplu tahograful trebuie sa inregistreze activitatea desfasurata de conducatorul auto in timp real. Eu unul am inteles ca in cazul unui accident de munca,petrecut in perioada cand soferul executa altceva decat sa conduca, daca tahograful e pe pozitia "pat", asigurarea medicala nu intra in vigoare. De aceea se folosesc "ciocanelele" inclusiv cand soferul spala masina.
